Victoria Road, Golden Green
New Housing Development

This project was awarded on a design and build basis to demolish a light industrial building and construct a new detached house, a row of three terraced houses and the refurbishment of a pair of Victorian semi-detached properties. The new builds were traditional including cavity wall construction, timber floors, trussed rafters and clay roof tiles. The internal finishes were to a modern medium/high specification.
